A light smirk lighted across Aimee’s lips as she closed the door to the apartment behind her. The apartment that was only there to prove that she lived there, a prop for her, just a sign that it was used by the vampire, for she wasn’t there too often, due to her living in Shi Falls instead. But ever since she had enrolled in the high school, she had to live somewhere, and that somewhere had been the apartment she currently resided in. She sighed lightly as she slipped her ear buds into her ear, quickly turning the device on and letting the music play loudly in her ears as she walked down the street, her head bobbing lightly to the beat, her lips mouthing the words to the song as she went along, hopping slightly as she walked.
Music was something that Aimee had loved her whole life, even before she became a vampire at the age of seventeen. Of course, then, she knew she couldn’t make anything out of her love of music. She had been told she had a lovely voice, sure, but it wasn’t likely that she’d be able to make a career out of the talent, due to the oppression females faced in the world, although it was quite possibly not as bad during her young life as a human. During her human life she became mostly a fan of music from America, although she did enjoy classical Italian music as well. Throughout her life, as a human and then as a vampire later in her life, she followed the American music scene, and drifted from different types of music to like. From blues to pop, to pop-rock, to rock, to alternative. Of course, she never grew to dislike any of the genres [except for pop, because it grew to be crappy, which is why she turned to liking pop-rock instead of pop], she just found new genres to like.
But now, in this new age with more and more female artists becoming big, she had more of a chance, although very little of one, with her immortal being. She wouldn’t, couldn’t, age past seventeen. Even if she did get far, she would eventually have to fake something and just disappear from the music scene. However, now, she was content to play at a club the next town over. Not many of the vampires that were a part of Teneberes’s coven went that far, and really? She wasn’t much for too many knowing of her passion for singing and playing guitar, an instrument that she had picked up several years ago, and one that she was pretty decent at. It wasn’t exactly a secret, for a few of her close friends knew of it, but it wasn’t something she displayed to the general vampire public.
As she walked down the street, listening to her music, her bright blue eyes glancing at the humans that milled about the town. It wasn’t something she admitted to any others, but she did miss her human life. She had been a vampire for fifty-nine years now, so she had spent a good amount of her life as one, but she couldn’t help but miss Italy, miss her previous life. It was still too soon to go back to the city that she had lived in, or Italy at all. There was still the chance that someone could recognize her. Sure, she could easily lie, but it was still possible someone would simply continue to press that she was who she really was, although she had supposedly died many, many years before. She’d have to wait probably another half-century before even considering returning to Italy. In the meantime, she had to stay in Russia, envy the lives of the humans around her.
As Aimee entered the center of the town, the stench of humans attacked her sensitive vampiric nose. There were several downfalls to be a vampire, and being able to smell humans and werewolves was another one. It wasn’t they those smells stunk necessarily, it was just that they were strong, and somewhat annoying to the girl. Perhaps it was just her, though. Perhaps none of the other vampires found the constant smells of the other species annoying at times. She shrugged to herself as she maneuvered through the small human groups that stuck together.
As she made her way through the town, she finally ended up at the club, her destination from the starting point. Luckily for her, with her seventeen year old appearance, the club was rather lax on the whole ‘no underage people’ rule. So she easily got through and into the club, the bass and drum thrumming throughout the place as she slipped through the throngs of people. She slipped her iPod, the music from it no longer audible above the loud sounds that played from the DJ stand, into her pocket, where her cell and keys were also located, for bringing a bag to the club would be a dangerous move, indeed. Especially since she would probably join the large throng in the middle in dancing.
Sidling up to the bar, she motioned for the bartender to come over to take her order. Ordering a strawberry margarita, she winked at the man, who seemed to be in his mid- to early twenties. The young man grinned as he went to prepare her drink, slipping it to her a few minutes later. She took the drink with a ‘thanks’ and a smirk as she watched him until he turned around. The bartender was good looking, and, as a human, easily to manipulate to her liking. Grabbing her drink, she swiveled the chair until she was facing the rest of the club, her blue eyes drifting over the faces, the bodies, looking to see if there was anybody out there that would make this night fun, whether it be by conversation, dancing, or more. That more being travelling back to a house, whether it be her apartment or someone else’s place of residence. Aimee was always up for a bit of fun.

Alucard put the earbuds to his ipod into his ears before stepping onto his '09 Honda CBR1000RR, a bike of quite the respectable speed. It was a top of the line sports bike that Alucard had gotten recently, as a gift to himself on his four hundredth and something birthday. He didn't really care how old he was anymore. It had been far too many years that it all he knew. He turned his music up before gunning the engine and racing off towards the town. Alcuard was a vampire of quite the years. He had become one of the top assassins in the vampire world, only a few above him in successful kills. He was rather well known for his ego as well as his looks, which he had heard most people would die for. He got into town in a very short time and parked his bike next to a local club. It was a normal place for him to go, this far out, for he didn't really like Teneberes, he bared him for reasons of he was royal blood. He liked to get away from that vampire's influence, and this place was great for that. He got past the bouncer in front of the club with a mere look at the man, who instantly moved the bar to let him in, looking a bit a afraid of the vampire. Alucard got into the club with a smirk on his face and took off towards the bar. It was then that he smelled something different, there was a female. vampire in this room, not very old he guessed. His sense of smell had become so acute from his assassin skills. He walked up to where the girl was and sat down next to her. He ordered a drink from the bartender, just a vodka tonic, to which he added blood from a vial into before he turned around and looked back to at the mass of humans. "So what brings a vampire of your age out to a club?" he said turning his head towards her, his blue eyes still very visible even in this dark light. outfit pantsx shirtx shoeswordcount 362 notes i am sorry it is short, my muse used teh last of it's juice to write this.

Many would think that Aimee, a young girl, shouldn’t be out on the streets at night, thinking her a simple, frail, human girl, which she wasn’t, of course. Her human neighbors [the ones that cared about things] often said that she should stay off the dark streets, and away from the town, especially near the club. They thought that she could be killed, or even raped. But such wasn’t the case, of course. She was more than capable of taking care of herself, although her neighbors didn’t know this. Being a vampire made Aimee able to protect herself. She didn’t need to keep off the streets even in night, and she definitely didn’t need someone else to help protect her, something else that has been offered to her. She had more strength than a petty human, and, if worse came to worse, she could always bite anybody, or anything, that attacked her.
Seventy-six years. Seventy-six years that she had been alive, watching the world transform with every year that passed by. Watching cultures transform, watching as rights of different types of people grew. Societies changing, the lines between the classes becoming more and more blurred at time flew by. Aimee had watched as new things were invented, as the technology of the world improved. She watched as many people were born, grew up, and died. She lived her life this way, and would continue to do so unless she was killed. She was immortal in that way. She would continue to live, never physically aging, until something killed her. She would continue to watch years go by, things continuing to change as the world became greater, technologies improving. She was lucky, indeed, to have grown well in the use of machineries such as computers and iPods, as well as various other things. She hadn’t had such things in her time growing up as a human, and she knew that she would continue to see newer and newer things in this world.
The cool air outside left the girl wishing that she had grabbed a jacket before exiting the apartment, but she shrugged it off. Even though she was, technically, undead, the cold still affected her. She still felt the chill in her bones from the Russian weather. It was probably a part of her Italian blood, of the warm Venetian weather that she had grown up knowing. Venice was known for being a nice, humid city located on an island, with canals for roads and gondolas for cars. It was a highly unique city, and Aimee did love it as a girl. She knew that if she hadn’t left her hometown, she wouldn’t have met that man while in a city more south than her current location, and she wouldn’t have become the vampire she is now. She lifted her clear blue eyes to sky, eyes reflecting the bright moon that hung above her in the inky black sky. Aimee sighed lightly as she gazed at the sky, the stars speckled across it. She loved her hometown of Venice, her country of Italy, but it often saddened her to think of it. She knew the risk was still too great to travel back there at the current time. She knew this, but she couldn’t help but have some sort of homesickness about it. She wanted so badly to go back home, to the place she grew up at, but she just plain out couldn’t. Not without raising much suspicion, in any case, and she couldn’t have anybody being suspicious about her looking like herself from back in the early 1900s. There were already tales of vampires and werewolves, and she couldn’t add to that by popping up, an exact image of her earlier self. It would be bad for the vampires, whether or not they were on Teneberes’s side or not.
The music, the beats of the club, erased such thoughts immediately. She wanted to go ahead and start dancing, but she knew she should inspect the humans before getting anywhere near them. It was a sort of routine, when she came out to the place. Get to know the atmosphere, be cautious, and then do whatever she was going to do. It would be foolhardy to start dancing from the get go. She might find herself amidst a quarrel of some sort, without a way to stop herself from getting hurt, besides using her extra strength, which would draw suspicion. Besides, dancing was always that much more fun while slightly intoxicated. While moving towards the bar, her slim body easily maneuvered through the bodies, twisting this way and that, doing her best not to touch the sweaty human bodies. Aimee wasn’t a big fan of sweat, for all she loved the outdoors and getting dirty. Sweat just wasn’t her thing. She found the stuff nasty and gross, although humans needed to have that process to survive. Humans really were funny things, she found herself thinking, even if she was once one long ago.
As she sat in the seat at the bar, swiveled so that her gaze lingered over the humans, she detected a scent, one that was much different from the others. Well, perhaps not much different, with the strong scent of human overriding this one, but different enough for her blue eyes to flicker away from the dancing bodies towards the entrance. From that direction, although Aimee couldn’t tell exactly which one it was, she could smell a vampire. A light smirk pulled on the edge of her lips as she looked back towards the dance floor, taking another drink from her margarita. Another vampire was within the club. She was pretty sure that they would smell her as well, and she wouldn’t be surprised if they followed the scent to where she was seated. After watching the world around her, she knew a lot about the brain worked, whether it belonged to a human or not, and most preferred to be near those of their own kind, and she assumed this vampire to be the same. Her smirk grew larger as she smelled the vampire coming closer and closer to where she was seated at the bar, taking sips of her drink.
Aimee repressed the urge of a large, satisfied smirk from appearing on her lips as the vampire sat next to her, ignoring her to order, and receive, a drink. She ignored him in turn, her eyes only glancing at him slightly before turning back to the crowd. She hadn’t any skill in judging ages, but he had an air about him that hinted that he had been on the earth for a good time. He had a sort of male beauty about him, and a light smirk appeared upon her lips at that thought. From the corner of her eye, she noticed him pour some liquid from a vial into his drink before consuming it. From the coppery scent, she recognized it as blood. She wasn’t particularly thirsty at the moment, so she had no need for such a vial with her. But to each her own. Besides, if she happened to get thirsty later, she could easily lure one of the lusting human boys out. ”Just looking for a little fun,” she replied easily, looking at him as he looked at her. ”Can’t be any harm in that, can there? And yourself?” Aimee raised an eyebrow in question at her words, waiting for his reply.

Alucard should have been able to sense that this vampire that was in the club with him was not going to be at all like most of the people he had run into this far from Teneberes. There was something, just ever so slightly different about this girl, or maybe it was just she was in that age gap where he didn't know what to expect from her. He smirked slightly when she gave him such a short reply to his question, it was kinda the expected answer that you always get when you ask why a person is at a club. Why else would they be in a club? The conversation was actually heading in a direction that he had expected, very broad and asking the usual nonchalant questions that didn't' really get anywhere at all. He had noticed that when he took out the vile of blood she seemed to know what it was, but didn't react to it at all, not at all interested in why he would be carrying one around. "it's very hard to find B neg blood, especially B neg vampire blood." he said with smirk before taking a sip of the now reddish drink. Vampire blood, he had figured out, increased the senses of a vampire tenfold, and the reaction times also. It was actually not that uncommon to have vampires feeding off of others, it usually didn't kill the one being fed on, just weakened them till they fed on someone. There were plenty of vampires around the world though, that he, and most assassins agreed, didn't deserve to be a vampire. Ones who didn't understand the fact that this is just as much a curse as it was a blessing.
"I am here to relax a bit after a rather interesting day involving a werewolf pack that had killed a vampire not far from here recently. Though it should be safe enough now, only two got out alive, and that was only because i had let them."
Alucard knew that if you left one or two alive, it was better than killing them all, for the two that survived would tell horror stories about the event, causing even more fear for the vampires and especially ones who were assassins and hunters. It was the best way to prevent them from coming back to an area too quickly, though a few, he could smell, were still here. He had smelled them when he came in, two, maybe three werewolves were in the room, though they wouldn't dare do anything in here, the same way that he wouldn't ether.
"So, i am just wondering, would you care to dance, after you have finished your drink of course."

Aimee definitely wasn’t like most other vampires. She was different in more ways than one, though all reasons weren’t best to discuss. She was young, yes, and therefore presumed to be someone that none would know what to expect from her, though, that much was true. Very little of what she did was expected by others. However, her spontaneousness was probably a bit different than others, due to her hyperactive self that also acted as a mask for her more cunning side. Her hyper side wasn’t quite a façade, for it, too, was a part of her, but it helped to mask over her sharp, crueler, more vampire-like, by cliché, side. It was very rarely that anyone could judge exactly what Aimee would do, for her two sides clashed greatly, and the difference made it hard to judge any such thing. Being a vampire under Teneberes made most think that she would she mostly sly, cunning, and cruel, but she wasn’t, not by a long shot. Really, the more hyper part of her was more dominant, and that prevented anyone that knew her alliance to assume any bit about her. Only her close friends could come close to knowing her next movie, just because they had been around her for a while and knew her more than others did. It was a simply fact of life, really.
Blue eyes glanced over as a smirk graced Alucard’s lips, a smirk of her own creeping upon her face. They were speaking of normal things, subjects that one would expect to hear from two people sitting at a bar. Two people that could have previously known each other or just met. Simply two people that happened to be sitting next to other, engaging in normal conversation. That was what they were, which was perfect. They didn’t know each other, yes, but they knew what the other was. They had that in common. But this was perfect. No one would suspect who, or what, they were. Not unless they were very sharp and saw the subtle signs that set the two out from the mass of humans, werewolves, and vampires that were before them, dancing, grinding, pretty much having sex on the dance floor. She rolled her eyes slightly at the group of dancers, looking back at Alucard. Their conversation was indeed simple and could go many places, questions and responses easy, ones that weren’t suspicious in any way. It was a good direction for it to head in, that was for sure. It was a safe topic, and one that she would like to stay on, if possible, though she somewhat doubted it. She only hoped that the man’s mention of their kind and werewolves would be softly spoken, lest someone happen to overhear them.
Eyebrows rose slightly, hiding all of the surprise that she had felt. She knew that vampires were capable of drinking another vampire’s blood, and hell, sometimes it was better, for the vampire wouldn’t die from the bite. Not unless one actually wanted it to die, but that was something else entirely. ”Hm, is it now? I would suspect it would be, but I’ve never attempted to find it myself, so I wouldn’t quite know,” she murmured in reply, her voice barely audible over the loud sounds, though that was the point. Their conversation, now, was best left unheard. Not that she wouldn’t mind having another meal, but really? She just wanted to have a good time at the moment, not go out and kill a human for overhearing their discussion. For their discussion, of things of another world to them, would be something they wouldn’t want such a person to happen to hear, and so, the person would either become a meal, or one of them, depending on what the two would decide, for the two of them would probably have to agree, or else conflict, possibly giving the human time to escape. But, as she mentally shook her head, it was best not to dwell on such a possibility, and simply think of what was happening now, and how she could only attempt to stop any eavesdropping.
She nodded slightly, red-brown bangs falling over her cool blue eyes as she listened to him, eyes flicking between him and the crows of moving people before them, keeping a good amount of attention on Alucard as he spoke, not one to be disrespectful to someone who was engaging in conversation with her. Hmm, a werewolf pack, eh? Killing a vampire...that was a sad thing, indeed. She wondered briefly if he had truly let some vampires go or if was a simple excuse. It was possible for it to be simply a reason for them escaping, and a pretty good one, she would guess, depending on his skills, but she had the feeling that he was being honest, which would probably mean he was relatively good at killing them, at hunting them. Though she also knew that letting some live would be the best thing. She had a cunning mind, one that could make plans for the future, and doing what would work best. Apparently, he had such a thought process too, knowing that releasing a few wolves to go back to the pack would install fear in those that were left, spreading tales of the horrid vampires. Anything to help them, that was for sure. They would be killing in their due time, she knew. They wouldn’t be able to rise back to the power they had with the old vampire king. ”Sounds like a very interesting day. I couldn’t doubt your need to relax after such a thing.” Though she would assume that there had either had been many of them, or he had done more than that, for it seemed to her there were only a few. Relatively simple to get rid off. Sort of.
It wasn’t a surprise that there were also werewolves in the club. It was a place where all the species could gather and just go wild. Communicate with humans, communicate with each other, whatever. Her eyes flicked over the heads as she thought of this. Her keen sense of smell picking up on the scent of werewolf once more. Aimee took another sip of her drink, contemplating. The two species would be able to live within the same building, so long as they all kept low, not setting any fights off. She didn’t have too much of a problem so long as they kept to themselves and didn’t make any trouble. The moment they started something, however, she would be right there at their throats. Mutts probably wouldn’t be able to control themselves, really. Her eyes flicked back to him as he spoke once more, a smirk tugging n the corner of her lips at his request. ”Dancing sounds lovely at this point,” she replied simply. Lucky for the both of them, she was very nearly finished with her drink. Taking the last few sips, she set it back on the counter before hopping off her seat, turning to look back at him, mischief glinting in her eyes as she waited for him to join her.
